Best Time to Visit

Published guides describe spring and summer wildflowers and green meadows, clear autumn skies and heavy snow in winter. The recommended months differ between sources, so confirm current trail and snow conditions for your departure date.

Difficulty and Preparation

The trek is generally graded Moderate and suits fit beginners and regular trekkers. Day 3 and the summit day are the longest, and winter departures need extra preparation for snow and cold. Carry suitable layers, trekking shoes and personal medicines, and tell the trek leader about any health condition before the trek.

Booking Guidance

Mountain weather and road conditions can change the plan, so keep a buffer day after the trek and confirm cancellation and rescheduling terms in writing.

Responsible Trekking

Carry out all waste, keep water sources clean, follow the trek leader's instructions and respect local villages and wildlife.
