Booking Policy
- A minimum advance payment of ₹3,000 per person is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining amount must be cleared before the start of the trip or at the time of hotel check-in.
- Booking confirmations are subject to room availability and full/partial payment receipt.
- The itinerary, hotel, or vehicle may change depending on availability, but a similar category will always be provided.
- Prices are valid only for the mentioned dates and may vary during festive or peak seasons.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be made via email or written communication.
- Cancellation charges will apply as follows:
- 30 days or more before departure – 90% refund
- 15–30 days before departure – 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before departure – No refund
- In case of government restrictions, natural calamities, or unavoidable conditions, rescheduling may be offered instead of refund.
- No refund will be given for unused services (hotel, meals, entry tickets, or sightseeing) once the trip has started.
Transport Policy
- Vehicle type (Sedan/SUV/Tempo Traveller) will be allotted based on group size and availability.
- AC may be switched off in hilly or heritage areas to ensure vehicle safety.
- Guests are requested to maintain timings for sightseeing and travel schedules.
- Any extra kilometers or personal use beyond the itinerary will be chargeable.
