The trek to Chandratal usually begins from either Batal or Kunzum Pass.

📍 How to Reach?
- You can travel via Manali, then cross Rohtang Pass and head toward Batal or Kunzum Pass.
- The distance from Manali to Batal is about 110 km, and a 4x4 vehicle is recommended due to rough terrain.
- Alternatively, you can also reach Chandratal from Kaza (Spiti).
🕰️ Best Time to Visit
- The ideal window is from June to September.
- Post this period, Kunzum Pass shuts down due to heavy snowfall, and access becomes impossible.

- Be aware of Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS) due to high altitude—acclimatize properly.
